We have a skilled school improvement team, who focus on high quality teacher CPD, with a commitment to develop the middle and senior leaders of the future. All staff within the Trust have a CPD entitlement with support to develop their skills and practice.
The Trustees and leadership are dedicated to reducing teacher workload with a child focused marking and feedback policy and a shared curriculum created by Lead Practitioners and Subject Champions across six schools.
All schools have additional school holidays in return for six twilight CPD sessions across the academic year.
Finally, our pupils are amazing and families are supportive.
