At HEARTS Academy Trust we take data security very seriously. Our stakeholders have the right to be informed of the data we hold on them, have the right to rectify any anomalies and have the right to restrict processing and to data portability. 

Our GDPR strategy is in place to protect pupils, staff, parents/carers, volunteers, governance members and applicant’s data.
